SENIOR Project Manager

This position offers you the "best of both worlds:" you will enjoy the entrepreneurial energy of our small but fast-growing boutique agency while also working with diverse clients, including major-name enterprise corporations. You will ensure projects are successfully managed and delivered to meet client expectations, deadlines, and budget and profitability goals. As a key client contact and "face" of Kitterman Marketing to our clients, you will provide high-level marketing insights, in addition to planning, executing and delivering marketing programs and deliverables. If you're the person we're looking for, you'll appreciate the fast pace and varied challenges of our environment, as well as the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients.


To be a good fit for the Senior Marketing Project Manager opportunity you should be passionate and articulate about social media and digital marketing. In addition, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Six to eight years of project management experience, and knowledge of accepted project management methodologiesA proven track record of delivering results in digital, social or traditional marketing programs. Agency experience is preferred.
  • Direct experience in driving processes with marketing team members in order to accomplish business objectives.
  • A proven ability to execute activities that increase brand recognition with a focus on increasing market share and sales within key target audiences.
  • Professional consulting/client management skills.
  • The ability to maintain both an external client-facing approach and internal team-focused approach in order to nurture the overall working relationship between two organizations.
  • Experience with working remotely or with "virtual" teams.
  • Computer literacy in all necessary Microsoft programs.
  • The ability to stay current with marketing trends.

You also will need to be willing and able to travel, sometimes internationally, about 25% of the time.

SENIOR Copywriter

Are you an experienced copywriter with a creative edge and hands-on attitude? Can you craft fresh, energizing content that gets attention and drives action? Are you snappy in your short-form, captivating in your long-form, and intentional with every word? Then you need to check out this this opening at Kitterman Marketing... We’re looking for a conceptual, creative, and intellectually curious writer. Someone who can write engaging copy for product sheets, white papers, case studies and guides, but can also spin clever copy for email, websites, social media and ads.

  • Be adept at developing several projects a once in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a mastery of impactful and insightful multi-channel messaging

  • Think conceptually to see the big picture, and visually to create copy that guides design
  • Have a talent for understanding complex information and simplifying it

  • Play well with others and partner well with creative staff and project managers
  • Be good at brainstorming, creating, and turning ideas into action-rich content


To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:

  • A bachelors degree or the equivalent in experience
  • 3+ years of copywriting experience in a full time role; agency experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience with digital marketing and writing for a technical company
  • A sense of humor and a positive attitude
  • Though not required, Microsoft writing experience would be a plus

Good to have:

  • Past work history as an employee of an agency
